Michael and Son (Technician Austin) were the best I could have asked for. We had a busted valve on our main shut off line in our front yard. After the county came by and determined it wasn’t on their end I had submitted a service request in with our Home Warranty service. After researching the company that was assigned to us and noticing their 2.4/5 stars and poor reviews on Google I was afraid to use them regardless of warranty. On top of the fact that it was 10:30 on a Friday and most likely would’ve had to wait until Monday to be contacted. Mitchell was so nice and did a great job. He fixed what was wrong. Ended up getting a surge protector as with the last storm my circuit was fried. So this way it will be protected.
