We live in Mount Ulla just off 801, and recently had an unexpected emergency when a delivery driver accidentally backed over our well housing — ripping out wiring, damaging the well, and shattering the cover. The delivery company handled their part professionally and immediately told us to call someone who could come out right away, assuring us they would cover the cost.

The incident happened around 1:30 PM, and Rowan Well Drilling arrived by 2:45 PM. They got straight to work and had our well and wiring repaired by 4:00 PM. They will be replacing the housing, and while they were here, they also installed a shut-off valve for our home’s water line for a very minimal cost — something I really appreciated.

The technicians Corey & Travis were courteous, professional, efficient, and thorough! They even cleaned up all the debris from the damaged well house. Their quick response turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.
