“I can not express how thankful I am for the people at PRS. We woke up one Sunday morning to a total water disaster in our kitchen and other areas on the first floor. The sheet rock in the kitchen ceiling was pouring out buckets of water. Luckily I called PRS and they had an emergency team on stand-by that arrived within one hour. By the end of the day they had removed all the damaged sheet rock and set up their dehumidifiers and fans. They came everyday for 3 weeks to check their equipment and took humidity readings. Get an adjuster here at NCIS.. they get you the best offer and biggest offer and make sure the job is done correctly and efficiently. Had a roof replaced during storm damage during last big storm... I called Nick at NICS and he jumped right on it. Handled the part with insurance- except me paying my deductible of course. Had my wood under shingles that was rotted wood fixed and replaced and replaced all the shingles. And the work was done professionally!! Thanks NICS!!!!

“We had a tree fall on our home July 2023 that caused extensive damage. Will of Contents Restoration was recommended to us from our insurance agent. I was going to call Paul Davis and I'm so glad I did not. I've heard terrible stories about them after speaking to others that have been in a similar situation. Contents Restoration was absolutely amazing. They did everything, the mitigation, the new construction, which pretty much rebuilt the top of our house. We got all new floors. Everything is so beautiful. My only regret was not using them for the pack out. I wish I would have so badly. The company I went with, All American Relocations, has been a nightmare and ruined so many of our belongings with completely careless packing and storage. Everything that Contents did for us was wonderful. Their crews were so fast, nice and professional. Big shout-out to our contractor, Joe. I have a flexible work schedule so I pretty much dealt with everything and Joe was so patient explaining everything to me since I knew nothing about construction. He is a great communicator. Anytime I had any questions for the office, Liz always got back to me almost immediately. We were displaced from our home for 5 months and dealing with Contents was so pleasant compared to all the stress I had with paperwork, etc from . the insurance company. After I wrote them our final check, they contacted me and told me that we over paid them somehow and sent us a refund check in the mail.
