    It’s amazing how two 30 minute sessions a week can make such a difference in a few months! ?As much as I dislike strength training, I know how essential it is for our health and I personally struggle to find motivation to do it on my own. Matt makes it bearable with his encouragement and the 30 min sessions are fast paced and we pack a lot in. He created an at home plan for me to do in conjunction to the in person sessions using the tools I have. I feel stronger and have less back pain. If you’re considering trying out personal training here, I highly recommend it.

    I started seeing Matthew in an attempt to get back in shape and develop better exercise habits. My expectations were easily exceeded. It's been over three months and I'm still following his plans and learning more about my own body. He is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and a professional in his approach to wellness. I highly recommend Carpe Diem to anyone who is interested in getting in shape whether you are experienced or a newbie, like I was.
