“Jeff is an awesome trainer! He has worked with my pre-teen for several months now and she is physically stronger and faster. Jeff is thorough and makes sure you understand how to do everything correctly as athlete wellness and injury prevention are his top priorities. He works hard to get to know his athletes so he can tailor his trainings around their sports. Highly recommend!“

“I have been a member of the GPS 2.0 community for several years and have a hard time leaving a review because the text box isn’t big enough to explain how much I love it! Shawn and Kathy know what they’re talking about and practice what they preach. Small group classes are led by highly qualified trainers who sprinkle mindset and nutrition tips along the way.No matter how many times I have fallen out of my routine, Shawn, Kathy, the trainers, and the rest of my fellow gym-goers have welcomed me back with as much enthusiasm as when I go regularly. The ongoing support of the entire community has helped me become more disciplined, improve my nutrition, grow my muscles and mindset. Best of all, though, my efforts paired with the knowledge and support of the GPS 2.0 crew have helped me love myself after way too many years of not!“

“RJ has helped me so much to get on track to reach my goals though personal training! In the first 5 weeks of training with him I have lost weight and body fat. I have also increased my strength, endurance, and stamina. RJ is knowledgeable and he works hard to develop individualized training plans for clients based on personal goals. The programs are not one size fits all. He is always positive, motivating, and encouraging. He is patient with beginner(like me!), we focus on movements that are controlled and correct to keep me safe. I have a weak shoulder, he helps me to isolate the muscles there and keeps that in mind when developing workouts for me. Also, as a woman working one on one with a man, I always feel safe and respected by him during my training seasons. I have enjoyed my time training with RJ, I would recommend him to anyone whether you are a beginner or long time athlete.“
