He had it fixed and blowing warm air ( on one of the coldest days of the year) in just a few minutes! “Technician arrived early for my yearly heating and air inspection. He was polite and courteous, and took care not to track any dirt into my house. He thoroughly cleaned the air conditioning system outside and added coolant that was needed just a little. He advised me of the Additional cost ahead of time. He inspected the gas heating system up in the attic, which I did not watch. But my heat has always worked well since I bought this place 6 years ago And he said the system looks good.
He answered all my questions About the best ways to Efficiently operate both systems and talked about the two zones/thermostats and how to best set those.
