I visted Quality Air's facility this morning Great folks there, was able to have their technition, Robert come over that same afternoon, who did an outstanding job quickly finding the problem and reparing the issues with my heat pump. No air coming out of vent so I had to unscrew the vent and this is what I found vent was packed full of insulation and and could see under the house also have a video this is at my mother in-laws house she passed away and we have had to come and stay to get her a fires in order her name was Pauline Rogers and she was 94 years old so she didn't know that the install quality air done was not done right !
