After three years of working with Control Specialties for various issues, including a heat pump replacement, we have had ups and downs, but they corrected the problems, made themselves better, ensured my satisfaction, and made me feel like I was more than just another job. What can I say, Control Specialties of Asheville knocked it outta the park for us. Our system was on it's last leg. From the first call to the punch list, they came through 100%!
