Woke up to a water leak in Hot water Heater, found Bolton business card at CM Cafe and called Ryan Boone and he put me in touch with Ronnie who scheduled a plumber team to my house. They were great, fixed the leak and also took care of another problem… all done on the same day as the call. ps. Referred 2 more potential clients this morning.

Called Bolton at 12:30 pm explaining I had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running even with the shut off valve turned off. Ronnie was super nice, took the time to listen to me and assess the situation over the phone and said he would try to get someone out to my house that day. At 3:30 I got a call from Michael saying they were on their way. I was shocked and very grateful they were able to come on such short notice. Michael and Matthew were awesome! They were very professional, took the time to show and explain everything they were doing, worked fast & were conscious of keeping their surroundings clean and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I live in McDowell County and my water completely stopped. The Soonest I was able to get someone local was 2 weeks out . ( not Exaggerating ) Bolton was at my house in less then 3 hours and very reasonably priced . They are now my official GO TO for plumbing in Marion NC .
