He explained his recommendations clearly, answered every question, and gave us complete confidence that we were making the right decision.

Then came installation day—and this is where Stickels somehow managed to raise the bar even higher.

Chris, Herman, Gabe, and Grady showed up on time, got right to work, and were absolutely fantastic. Every one of them was professional, friendly, highly skilled, and wonderful to have in our home. They handled the installation beautifully and made what could have been a stressful project look almost effortless. Everything was done carefully and cleanly, and when they finished, they cleaned up so thoroughly that I'm fairly certain parts of our house were cleaner than before they arrived. Apparently HVAC installation and housekeeping are included. Who knew?

And Stickels doesn't simply install your system, wave goodbye, and disappear.

A few days later, AJ, their main service representative, came out to perform a post-installation check. AJ is another absolute gem and clearly knows his craft. He thoroughly inspected the system to make sure everything had been installed correctly and was operating exactly as it should. He answered all of my questions, replaced filters and air vents, made thermostat adjustments, and walked me through how everything worked—in actual plain English, rather than HVAC hieroglyphics.

That follow-through really says a lot about this company. They don't just want to complete the job; they want to make sure the job was done right and that you're happy with it afterward.

From Reggie, to Brad, to Chris, Herman, Gabe, Grady, and AJ, every single person we dealt with was exceptional. There wasn't a weak link anywhere in the experience.
