Jesse from MB Haynes replaced hot water heater. I was impressed with his efficiency, experience, professionalism, and how thorough he was. If I have other home needs I would definitely call M B Haynes and highly recommend them.
Haynes Electric sent two men to figure out whjy my ceiling lights in the kitchen were randomly flickering. They crawled in the attic and checked all circuits in the basement, found the problem, and fixed it. Office staff are real people who respond ASAP and listen too, a rare thing these days.
The two young men from MB Haynes were prompt and on time. They listened carefully to my concerns and went about the house checking what needed their attention. They assured me they had checked the items on my list and all was repaired. Assured me they would detail their findings on the invoice that would be emailed to me. Excellent service!
