“I wanted to give a shout out and a 5-star rating to 1st Choice Service Group Heating & Air!!!The motor in my heating unit died. I called them Saturday afternoon and left a message for Monday morning, asking if they could possibly fit in an urgent visit Monday. Chris, the owner, actually stopped by BEFORE Monday, which I forgot was the MLK holiday and many places were closed, including the parts store but he was able to get the new part today and installed it BEFORE our expected 9°F tonight and below freezing weather for the next week!!!
