I've been using Smoky Mountain Heating & Air ever since I moved to Asheville 17 years ago. I initially had an oil furnace, but then called them to see about installing an HVAC. Their lead technician, Greg Duke, came out and talked with me about the various units available. He took his time answering all my questions, made a recommendation based on my needs, and gave me d a free quote on the costs. Since then, he has performed periodic maintenance to keep the system running efficiently. I’ve had my HVAC now for 12 years and have never had a thing go wrong with it. Brandan was an excellent service tech. He was courteous and professional and did an exceptional job. We are very pleased with his work, making everything just right !!! So glad we called Smoky Mountain Heating & Air, they are wonderful. Service was timely and very reasonably priced.

Had Greg do a tune up on my Lennox heat pump system. Really a great job. Knows what he is doing and I was so impressed I had him install a new Lennox S40 thermostat yesterday. I can not find one thing to complain about with this company. Could not be more happy!
