“Had an appointment for service call 9am. Precisely at 9am Marvin arrived at the house. This was a good start for a completely satisfying experience. Marvin assessed the situation and and due to safety concerns needed a helper to hold the ladder.A call was made to the office and Frank showed up after a short wait.Work was completed.
