They came through with enough coaxing. I support them, even though it took them sometime to get my system working correctly that they installed. Once they realized there actually was an issue the refunded me some dollars to help. I appreciate them.

I just purchased a new HVAC system from Gentry Heating and Cooling. Such wonderful service from the salesman Shawn to the installers Michael and Colby to the electricians that were needed. They worked for 2 days and I barely knew they were here. All my questions were answered and explained. My new unit is working wonderfully. I couldn’t be happier with this company. Thank you to all.
