“Chad was incredible! He came out on a Sunday and helped replace a corroded, leaking water shutoff valve, installed shutoff valves under the kitchen sink, and installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. He first walked through the scope of the project and the areas he would be working in. Then he explained what he was going to do. He would update me as he continued working through the projects to make sure I was ok with what he was going to do. He also wanted to make sure the sink was centered and straight which I really appreciate the care to do the right job. Once everything was installed, he did a walkthrough and made sure to check for leaks in the areas he worked in and where he had shut the water off. He happened to find another shutoff valve leaking while doing this walkthrough and replaced that one as well.

After this was all done, he cleaned up after himself to the point where you wouldn’t even know he was there.

The price was also very reasonable!

“River City saved the day for our tenants that had been dealing with sewer back up in their basement floor drain for months - after 5 other companies either 1)didn't even show up for appointments, 2)showed up and left without looking at the problem, stating it was probably a collapsed sewer line, 3)showing up and acting like we were asking them to do advanced calculus, reinvent the wheel, build a rocket ship to space or something, River City arrived like a knight in shining armor, on time as promised and hydro jetted out the sewer line and fixed the problem within an hour or so. “I gotta tell you, they really go above and beyond. We were looking at installing a whole house water purification system with reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink. This required coordination from Aqua Zero Labs in Columbia, MO and the plumbers. Python Plumbing was patient while we got all the details sorted, communicated with the equipment company and got everything installed, even going out and buying a new faucet for our sink and getting salt for the water softener portion of the system. Riley worked in a tight space to get the lines plumbed in and went over the whole set up with us.
