“Chad was incredible! He came out on a Sunday and helped replace a corroded, leaking water shutoff valve, installed shutoff valves under the kitchen sink, and installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. He first walked through the scope of the project and the areas he would be working in. Then he explained what he was going to do. He would update me as he continued working through the projects to make sure I was ok with what he was going to do. He also wanted to make sure the sink was centered and straight which I really appreciate the care to do the right job. Once everything was installed, he did a walkthrough and made sure to check for leaks in the areas he worked in and where he had shut the water off. He happened to find another shutoff valve leaking while doing this walkthrough and replaced that one as well.

After this was all done, he cleaned up after himself to the point where you wouldn’t even know he was there.

The price was also very reasonable!

Jon and Ben used their camera system to find the problem areas to avoid having to demo a lot of drywall to fix our problem. They also tested all components to determine where the problems were and allowed us to reuse the existing AC line set, which saved us even more money. Prior to this, we had 2 new AC units replaced in our home about 2 years ago from another company. Since the prior company’s install, $40,000 later, we have had to call them back out at least 10 times, due to water condensation ruining our ceiling, AC units shutting off and/or not cooling at all! We kept calling them because we were $40,000 invested and we felt like they needed to make it right. Then this summer season started and they have already been out 2 times due to units not cooling and just last week again units stopped working while adding more water damage to our home.
