Trevor came to make a proposal for a sump pump and check valve. He took pictures and sent them to me. He made a proposal on the spot. I scheduled him the following week and he installed both in one day. He is a real worker.

My experience with Mr. Rooter has always been positive. When I submitted the request to have my water heater inspected, I received a call a few minutes later, although it was considered after hours. They were also able to schedule me for the very next morning which was greatly appreciated. Ty was Amazing! Him and his boss went through the entire process and I knew exactly what to expect. Any question I had, Ty graciously answered. I was secure in his knowledge and workmanship. He worked very hard!
