Hosack and technicians have provided excellent service on time. They initially installed my propane tankless water heater several years ago and provide an excellent annual service check. Couldn’t be happier with the my tankless gas water heater. They recently replaced my old sump pump and now my lower level is dry again.
It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Hosack! Mike, our technician, was fabulous! He was kind, very efficient, and helpful in fixing our thermostat. Highly recommended!
We also had Noah come out and look at a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. He was great! Noah was on time, fixed our sink quickly, and we appreciate his kindness. Both technicians were very helpful, and we would hire them again if needed.
Allen came to resolve a new problem that happened to develop immediately after his colleague expertly resolved the issue of the first problem. Unfortunately I thouoght tepairing the first toilet somehow clogged the first due to shared plumbing although in different restrooms toilets back facing back. It was just strictly coincidental.
I got a valuable education about the water saver toilet and learned that a handy plunger might have mitigated the problem all together. Dillon and Allen were all very gracious and forgiving of my blunder. The problem was resolved at no charge. Hats off to Daniel for staying confident and positive about his excellent work!
