“My main basement drain backed up. I called Cordia Plumbing Company and they were able to get here the same day, which is not always possible but was a huge surprise and most greatly appreciated! Tim and Ed responded and worked and were able to free the clog! The price was extremely reasonable for this day and age.

Unfortunately if I would had remembered that there was a clean out hidden Mike would have solved this the first day. Tim found the additional clean out and was able to clear the clog. “If it were possible, I'd give this job 4.5 stars. The electrician was great: friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. He was willing, if necessary, to stay late on a Friday afternoon to finish the job, but he was done well before EOB. So the only reason I didn't give the job five stars is that our discount as Home Protection subscribers seemed surprisingly small, ~$130 on a $900+ job. That's better than nothing, certainly, but given how much we spend every month and every year on the plan, I thought the discount would be a little more substantial.“
