Reviews
DO NOT USE THEM! Great Work, but the fix didn't resolve the issue. Kirkwood Plumbing did a sewer job on my property, where the sewer backed up in my basement. It looks fantastic! Really professional looking. The unfortunate thing is that didn't correct the problem I was having. So 14k later, I still have water backup in my basement. To top it off, according to what I was told, they can't even perform the actual fix! Thank you Kirkwood plumbing! DO NOT USE THEM!
Outstanding emergency service from Kirkwood Plumbing! Our water was completely shut off due to a leak, and they had a technician out to our house within 30 minutes of my call. The plumber gave us clear, practical options to fix the issue on the spot, explained future services they provide, and charged a price that was more than fair. Fast, honest, and professional—we will absolutely be using them again!
