Chad was incredible! He came out on a Sunday and helped replace a corroded, leaking water shutoff valve, installed shutoff valves under the kitchen sink, and installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. He first walked through the scope of the project and the areas he would be working in. Then he explained what he was going to do. He would update me as he continued working through the projects to make sure I was ok with what he was going to do. He also wanted to make sure the sink was centered and straight which I really appreciate the care to do the right job. I had a leak happening at the water shut valve, I called explained what was happening, and over the phone he walked me through what to do to stop it. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, I would recommend him every time.
Chad was great!! He was referred by friends and exceeded our expectations. Before appointment communication helped identify issues and saved time during appointment He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was on time, communicated well throughout the jobs, and cleaned up after his work. He handled acomplicated issue for us, installed and outside faucet, fixed a drain leak, and installed new shutoff valves. We highly recommend him, and will call him for any future plumbing work we may have.
