When you have a plumbing issue or leak, it can be extremely stressful and you don't always know who to call, especially if you're new to the area. Derek, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful. He diagnosed our shower leak & stayed on top of the repair to ensure the leak was fixed. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and why he is doing it; his service and materials pricing were transparent and honest. We had a bad sewer back-up, and I must’ve called 5 or 6 plumbers who advertised as being 24/7, but not one of the could come until the next day—and we still had water coming in! I finally got ahold of Derek, who came right out and fixed everything. Then he gave me the number of a clean-up place and stayed and called them with me so he could explain the situation to them. He's currently helping me work things out with the insurance company, even though the work he did is finished and paid for! I'm so grateful for all his help!Service: Sewer repair
