Last year Galmiche replaced our unit upstairs and just recently a technician came out and fixed the issue with our lower level unit. I’ve had a positive experience with everyone I’ve worked with- the owner, the office, the installation crew, the technicians, etc…. Everyone has been pleasant and professional. And although I don't have much to compare to, their prices both times seemed really good. I appreciate that the repair on our lower level was a cheap and quick fix. I’ll definitely stick with them when the 20 year old unit goes out for good.
The house I purchased had both furnace and AC installed prior to my purchase by Galmiche & Sons Heating & Cooling. I contacted them after the purchase, since the AC was still under warranty by them. They have been out twice a year to checck the system and also give advice on upkeep. Both systems have been functioning flawlessly.
The tech was fast and professional in getting the unit topped off with freon and back to optimal performance. I was only charged for service provided and was not pressured into any upgrades or service contracts. Galmiche & Sons have serviced my HVAC for 20 years and has always been professional and honest.
