“I had a great experience at Advanced Training and Rehab. This was my first time going to physical therapy, and the whole team made the process feel comfortable and welcoming from day one.

I primarily worked with Jo and Garland, and both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and really went out of their way to help me reach my goals. They explained everything clearly, adjusted my program as needed, and were genuinely invested in my progress.

Everyone at the clinic is super friendly, even the trainers who weren’t working with me still knew my name and made me feel included. The atmosphere is upbeat and supportive, which made it much easier to stay consistent and motivated.

I also had several early morning sessions at 7 AM, and they were surprisingly easy to show up for, which says a lot about how positive the environment is.

Hopefully I won’t need physical therapy again anytime soon, but if I do, I would go back here in a heartbeat!“

They were very friendly and polite. They explained everything in a way that I, as a lay person could understand. I had a follow up appointment the next week for an adjustment and I couldn’t believe how just a little tweaking made such a big difference. They really know their stuff.
