Set my appointment up last night for my appointment this morning at 9:30am. Was approved immediately for my chronic pain. And my card was approved by the state of Missouri by 10:16am. lol my card was printable in 46minutes of my appointment. Of course it all depends on how noticeable your condition is for approval I think and how backed up your state is on applications.“

“Telegraph Road Family Medical in Oakville . Our family doesn’t mind driving from St. Peter’s to see our doctor. Awesome treatment of care. We trust our doctor’s advice for over 20 years. Dr. Staten is retiring and it’s bittersweet knowing that we won’t see him again. We chose to stay at the medical office because I know our new doctor will give us the same care. Always prompt when returning my phone calls. Dr. Staten was just like family. Great overall care, including the staff, Sandy and our doctor’s assistant. Very caring! .“

“It’s hard for me to understand how anyone could leave a negative review about Dr. Mehrtens or any of his staff.
Dr. Mehrtens has been the primary care physician for our entire family for years, and the care we’ve received in this office has been consistently outstanding!
Dr. Mehrtens and his staff truly listen. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to answer every question. He is also very responsive through the patient portal and can usually see you within a day or two of calling. I’ve never had to wait weeks for an appointment like you often do with other offices.
Another huge advantage is the convenience! Most lab work can be done right in the office, and many common prescriptions are provided before you leave, always at NO COST!

“Such a warm, family-friendly office with amazing doctors and staff who genuinely make you feel like part of the family. Every step—from check-in to the exam to checkout—is seamless and comfortable. Even though the office is smaller, they still have a great selection of glasses. Megan and Jenny are wonderful—they take the time to explain your insurance and never make you feel pressured into buying anything extra. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my eye care.“

“My experience with Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center was a very pleasant experience. They were very professional, the place of business was very neat and clean. They were on time with the appointment. They were very friendly and polite. They explained everything in a way that I, as a lay person could understand. I had a follow up appointment the next week for an adjustment and I couldn’t believe how just a little tweaking made such a big difference. They really know their stuff. “Amanda is the best doc I ever been too. Jenna is amazing nurse. Kristen is amazing too. The only thing bad I can say is that Angie a nurse is rude anytime I call she answers the phone like she hates her job. I also have been calling for two days now to get my inhaler filled and there seems to be no sense of care. I spoke to Angie of course yesterday she rushes me off the phone with no care in the world. I honestly hate when she answers the phone. She is like that everytime I call.“

“Old Webster Animal Hospital was Dot's vet for the past 5 years. The moment I parked my car in front of Old Webster Animal Hospital, Dot was trying to get out of the visit...she was an intelligent dog that knew we weren't going in for pup cups. The staff always helped Dot stay calm by showing her love. Dr. Davis was always informative and great to work with. Dot tragically passed away, and when I was in a panic, I called Old Webster Animal Hospital, and Michelle helped me figure out what to do. After her passing, we received a card in the mail from Old Webster Animal Hospital that touched our hearts. The message helped give us some relief, and the gesture moved us.
