“I have gone to this practice (originally Dr Ahlering and Kym, NP) for about 30 years. I have missed the last 5 years of getting checkups (my bad). I went today and saw Dr. Melinda Auer. She was wonderful and caring. My BP was high and she was really worried. She recommended their NP of Family Medicine, Haley Clark. Even though I was unable to see her today, she took the time to see me for a moment and stated she could start seeing me immediately and was very concerned about me. I have been trying to get a new PC, however the wait is next year. I am very excited to start seeing her.“

She's thorough, efficient, has an easy kindness and is very likable. Tyler ... deals with your costs. She insures that you leave broke but happy. Dr. Mehrtens has been the primary care physician for our entire family for years, and the care we’ve received in this office has been consistently outstanding!
Dr. Mehrtens and his staff truly listen. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to answer every question. He is also very responsive through the patient portal and can usually see you within a day or two of calling. I’ve never had to wait weeks for an appointment like you often do with other offices.

“Amanda is the best doc I ever been too. Jenna is amazing nurse. Kristen is amazing too. The only thing bad I can say is that Angie a nurse is rude anytime I call she answers the phone like she hates her job. I also have been calling for two days now to get my inhaler filled and there seems to be no sense of care. I spoke to Angie of course yesterday she rushes me off the phone with no care in the world. I honestly hate when she answers the phone. She is like that everytime I call.“

“Old Webster Animal Hospital was Dot's vet for the past 5 years. The moment I parked my car in front of Old Webster Animal Hospital, Dot was trying to get out of the visit...she was an intelligent dog that knew we weren't going in for pup cups. The staff always helped Dot stay calm by showing her love. Dr. Davis was always informative and great to work with. Dot tragically passed away, and when I was in a panic, I called Old Webster Animal Hospital, and Michelle helped me figure out what to do. After her passing, we received a card in the mail from Old Webster Animal Hospital that touched our hearts. The message helped give us some relief, and the gesture moved us.

The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly and the doctors have always been thorough and considerate. I am dreading the day our doctor retires and we have to find a new one. As to the negative reviews shown I just haven't experienced or seen any of that behavior. Yes the doctors run late but that's because they are being thorough with the patients. They are this thorough with all patients. And I've never had to reschedule because I was a few minutes late. I just had to wait a little longer.“
