“I have gone to this practice (originally Dr Ahlering and Kym, NP) for about 30 years. I have missed the last 5 years of getting checkups (my bad). I went today and saw Dr. Melinda Auer. She was wonderful and caring. My BP was high and she was really worried. She recommended their NP of Family Medicine, Haley Clark. Even though I was unable to see her today, she took the time to see me for a moment and stated she could start seeing me immediately and was very concerned about me. I have been trying to get a new PC, however the wait is next year. I am very excited to start seeing her.“

“My experience with Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center was a very pleasant experience. They were very professional, the place of business was very neat and clean. They were on time with the appointment. They were very friendly and polite. They explained everything in a way that I, as a lay person could understand. I had a follow up appointment the next week for an adjustment and I couldn’t believe how just a little tweaking made such a big difference. They really know their stuff. The only thing bad I can say is that Angie a nurse is rude anytime I call she answers the phone like she hates her job. I also have been calling for two days now to get my inhaler filled and there seems to be no sense of care. I spoke to Angie of course yesterday she rushes me off the phone with no care in the world. “I and my family have been patients here for about 35 years. We've always been treated with utmost respect and care. The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly and the doctors have always been thorough and considerate. I am dreading the day our doctor retires and we have to find a new one. As to the negative reviews shown I just haven't experienced or seen any of that behavior. Yes the doctors run late but that's because they are being thorough with the patients. They are this thorough with all patients. And I've never had to reschedule because I was a few minutes late. I just had to wait a little longer.“

“I had poison ivy and it was on my eye. I sent pictures to Dr. Hugo and they asked me to come to the office at 2:20. I got there at 2 and was called into the office by 2:10. Dr. Hugo spent time with me describing how I'm not contagious and then prescribed cream and medicine. At that point he took the time to ask me if I had anything else I wanted to discuss! Ive seen one of his assistants previously and got the same attention.“

“Not sure when I first posted this, but wanted to provide an update (12/31/24). I’ve been seeing Dr. Ying Du at St. Louis Medical Clinic for a few years now. She has been diligent at working to find meds that will actually help me with my rheumatoid arthritis. She’s excellent at returning messages on the patient portal - this is my main way of contacting her. I also can’t speak highly enough about the infusion room staff…those nurses are so wonderful.

My one and only complaint is the parking lot, which they obviously have no control over (it’s at MoBap). The lot is not smooth asphalt, but more like gravel, and it’s really hard to push a walker across it. Like REALLY hard. Also, there’s never enough disabled parking spots. I always plan to arrive early to give me time to drive around waiting for someone to leave. They used to have valet, but there hasn’t been anyone there the last several times I’ve gone. It’s honestly best when someone else can drive me and drop me at the sidewalk, but I usually have to go alone.

(Original review:) Dr. Du has been fantastic at working with me on trying to figure out my autoimmune issues. She spent an hour with me at my first appointment, and had clearly gone through my previous records. She listened well to my medical history, and asked great questions, without rushing me. She responds quickly to messages, and I can't recommend her highly enough.“

I've been under Dr. Verna's care for over four years now, and she has been an incredible support throughout my health journey. She guided me through two pregnancies, including the deliveries, and now she's also the doctor for both of my children.

Dr. Verna is always attentive, knowledgable, takes the time to truly listen to my concerns, and never makes me feel rushed. Her knowledge, compassion, and consistency have made me feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Nurse Orí is equally wonderful. She is kind, patient, and has a special way with children that instantly puts them at ease. She’s always warm and welcoming, which makes every visit that much smoother.
