I was overall very impressed by Dr. Jeffrey Mathews, the nursing staff, and the Team at Gateway Gastroenterology. Efficient process, and I did not need to wait long for any part of my visit. Dr. Mathews and the nurses took the time to explain everything, ask pertinent questions, inquire if I had questions or concerns, and provide thoughtful responses. A well run practice, and highly recommended based on my experience.

The staff here is AMAZING!! They are so kind and caring. It is so nice to see so many friendly faces. They take the time to talk with you, explain things, time to ask questions. You don't feel like a number with staff just going through the motions. This was my first time seeing Dr. Riegel and he could not have been nicer. He was so kind, introduced himself, took time to ask me if I had any questions, came and talked with my daughter and me afterwards, wasn't rushed. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I just met Dr Haas’ PA Cheri Carmody. She was very kind and easy to talk to. She allowed me to discuss all my health issues regarding my habitual constipation Also she increased mg of my Movantik which I know will help me.It was a pleasant experience. I did not have to wait.
