I'm a new patient. So far my hands on care has been fine. Referred out for most things. My problem is with billing/customer service. I reached out more than once to staff in person and via mychart asking for the clinic manager (as directed by the bjc billing dept) to help with zero response. There were two issues. First I'd gone in for an annual and was charged for my blood draw. Second i sent a mychart message asking about a medication and if i needed an appt for an increase. My NP was the one to respond saying that yes i would need an appt. They billed that interaction as a visit. No outcome or care just to be told i needed to come in and i was charged. I have had an incident with a prescription refill that is not one that can be stopped abruptly. I was very upset and Kara took care of me. She handled things very professionally when I was very difficult to deal with. I’m very pleased at how things were handled!

I've been a patient of Dr. Roos for a few years now. He is the kindest, most genuine doctor I have ever encountered. He always takes the time for me if I need something. I absolutely trust him. I actually feel heard instead of just being pushed through like most of my experiences going to dr's.
