DR Hicks was very personable, very helpful in educating me on the DPC system. He was there for me between leaving work [no medical ins for a yr] and starting Medicare. He was kind, professional, attentive, and quick to pick up on anything/everything in my past medical records. He also answered questions and helped me with my elderly father in law. Dr. Hicks was a God Sent for me . I needed a DCP for a year between leaving work [ no medical insurance] and starting Medicare. He was informative on how to use the DPC insurance, he was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and attentive towards my past medical history.
