“Mai is an exceptional customer service rep. She was so helpful and informative . While this one won’t work out because I will be traveling , I will participate in the future. . When a company has great customer service reps who call you back and answer questions it shows that the company cares about what they are doing a presenting. It’s so nice to have someone return your calls and not have to hold on the line for an hour or more to speak to them . Thank you Mai”

“The building was clean, including the women's bathroom. It wasn't hard to find my allergist once I entered the building. The waiting room chair definitely could be more comfortable, though! I'm just glad I didn't have to sit in them long. The exam room was very tiny. I would have given it 5 stars if the exam rooms weren't so claustrophobic.”
