They were very friendly and polite. They explained everything in a way that I, as a lay person could understand. The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly and the doctors have always been thorough and considerate. I am dreading the day our doctor retires and we have to find a new one. As to the negative reviews shown I just haven't experienced or seen any of that behavior. Yes the doctors run late but that's because they are being thorough with the patients. They are this thorough with all patients. And I've never had to reschedule because I was a few minutes late. I just had to wait a little longer.“
