They were on time with the appointment. They were very friendly and polite. They explained everything in a way that I, as a lay person could understand. I had a follow up appointment the next week for an adjustment and I couldn’t believe how just a little tweaking made such a big difference. They really know their stuff. I would definitely recommend this center for anyone who is pursuing hearing better.“

The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly and the doctors have always been thorough and considerate. I am dreading the day our doctor retires and we have to find a new one. As to the negative reviews shown I just haven't experienced or seen any of that behavior. Yes the doctors run late but that's because they are being thorough with the patients. They are this thorough with all patients. And I've never had to reschedule because I was a few minutes late. I just had to wait a little longer.“
