My daughter gifted me a sound session with her for Mother’s Day. It was a wonderful experience. The instructor explained it as a sound massage. And really, it did feel like a physical massage when it was over. It was very relaxing and enjoyable and quite a fun experience. I slept the entire night that night. If you haven’t experienced the Sound Sanctuary give it a try you will love it.
