Very professional experience. I followed the process of receiving bids from four companies. The bidding process was where I begin the decision process. I had one contractor that did not remove their shoes and left so much mud I had to clean up after the bid. Every time Burke entered my house home, he removed his boots. The next step of the decision is based on the contract. Burks contract was very detailed and provided a line by line break down of the detail of the job. The payment process was fair that 1/3 was the down payment, 1/3 was provided in the middle and final payment was only after I had agreed everything was completed to my standard. I’m still amazed at how clean the demolition was. Burke kept me informed every step along the way. His communication was impeccable. I’m very happy with the end result and have recommended him to my neighbors.
Payton came out and did a fantastic job with our very old tub. Was polite and explained everything thoroughly. Now: I gotta be honest. The 5 stars are for Payton. Many people told me not to spend money on this service because it doesn't last long. For now the tub looks 1 million x better. Hoping I am still happy in 6 months.

Shantiel is a Godsend! The best of the best! I respect her knowledge, skills, and honesty (her heart, too). I have been looking for a color specialist for years b/c I couldn't find anyone who does a real platinum blonde. I have had other hair stylist who claim yellow was white and even one who told me cotton was breaking my hair, (not the fact that she fried my hair). Shantiel listens to you, and is honest enough to say we need to get my hair healthy before she would be able to lighten it. Now, my hair is healthy, more full, and soft. I'm not afraid for my husband to run his hands through my hair anymore. He loves it! I love it! My hair is more platinum than it ever has been and we aren't even done yet! I can't say enough nice things about Shantiel, her heart, fire skills, kindness, knowledge...I could go on and on.

My stylist hannah was fantastic I haven't been to a sports clips in over a year because I followed a stylist elsewhere and she has cut my hair since but I needed in kind of short notice so I was recommended hannah, she did a phenomenal job cutting my hair and trimming my beard up and was super lively and kind the entire time, 100% recommend choosing her if you need a quick cut and beard trim and will definitely go back if my current stylist isn't available

Fortunately, I got Debbi, who listened and gave me exactly what I wanted and with great skill. I asked for layers and shaping, and that's exactly what I got. The right way! A lot of damage is gone, and my wavy hair actually got curly! It's soft and pretty now and not too short (as she didn't just go crazy chopping and chopping as I've unfortunately had done before). She knows what's she's doing, and I'd highly recommend her! Thank you!

They've had their fair share of barbers that have come and gone but as for the owner Tony, he's cut my hair since I was 10 years and never once disappointed me. The man is a master of his craft and very nice as well. This shop is more appointment based so called and scheduled a time before head. Tony himself deserves more than 5 stars.

This is one of the best nail shops in the Kansas City area. The location is not all that great but it’s not all that bad either. The staff the manager or owner and her husband and two other workers that work in there are great. It’s a warm, friendly and family atmosphere environment. Very very nice friendly kind prices are very reasonably affordable. I am glad that I crept up upon this nail shop by way of Facebook. Keep up the good work love Nelson spa that’s the place to go.

Magic Nails has been my go-to for years! I have tried other salons local and out of state and the work just never holds up compared to Magic Nails! I swear one summer, my pedicure lasted months! I can always get in fast and for French tips mani/pedi, I paid 95.00 and again, they do an awesome job! Love that I can walk right in as well! Will keep coming back time and time again!

Zoe is one of the premier places to get barbering work done in Kansas city, she does amazing fades that rival high-end barbers at big cities. She works very well with dark and curly hair and is very knowledgeable about hair, color, my girlfriend got her hair done there too and it was fantastic . We will both be going back there all the time.
They respond appropriately during the busy season. Technicians are helpful. If you ask them to break down repairs and pricing they will. I never feel like I'm being cheated. They keep me well informed. I don't feel any pressure from them. I think pricing is fairly inline with what local rates. It's just one of those things...you always hope your repair is a small, inexpensive one. Sometimes they are, sometimes they're not. Overall, good company

Our sewer line got damaged from tree roots last year. It was going to be a very expensive job that my husband and I couldn’t afford. We called around and found Williams plumbing and we’re relieved to hear his quote was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than others. He stood by his word and did the job for exactly how much he said he would; not a penny more. Because our basement was flooding and we weren’t able to use the toilet or any faucets, he made it a priory to come and fix it the next day. It all went smoothly and everything is still in great shape. No more leaky basement!

Precision Carpet Tech’s responded to a call regarding substantial water damage caused by a frozen pipe that burst. The technician removed the water that night and fully restored my carpet in a timely manner. He wasn’t even discouraged when I prolonged the process by turning the fans and dehumidifier off prematurely. His professionalism was comforting and his knowledge showed in the quality of his work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services!
I needed my air ducts cleaned and I very much appreciated Scott because he was honest and said he wouldn’t be able to complete the job effectively due to the set up of our ducts. He could have easily taken our money and “completely” the job. It’s good to know there are still honest people out there. Will use them in the future for their other cleaning services!

I haven't gone to a dentist in 4 years. I’ve always been scared of the dentist. Thursday morning I woke up with a bad toothache and swelling from a broken tooth. I called them and did an emergency walk in and they got the tooth out and all the pain and swelling went away the next day! The dentist and all the staff was so amazing. Definitely making them my established dentist! I would highly recommend them!!!

I've been coming to this office since I was 15 years old, I am now 27 years old. I've been a patient of Dr. Garner before he left, and now Dr. Johnson.
They have always been very accommodating to those with dental anxiety, and provide nitrous gas for extreme cases. They aren't perfect, sometimes a filing turns out better than the other, or a crown doesn't sit right, but they always get you right back in to correct any situation. I've had to wait over the weekend to get emergency work done, and was always able to directly text Dr. Johnsons emergency line to get prescriptions sent over. I refuse to go anywhere else!
Dr Britt has been treating me and my husband for many years. We try to go weekly to keep on top of our health. I can’t imagine where we’d be without doing that. Nicole and Jenny are top notch in taking care of us. Always with a smile. I recommend Dr Britt and crew to help get your health into shape and keeping it there. I can’t say enough about how much care they give ❤️❤️❤️

I called Dr. Dexter in an emergency on a Saturday just under and hour before he was supposed to close up. He got me in 20 minutes later and I left feeling better and able to stand up straight. He is professional and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I can’t say enough good things about him.
My sons and I have been blessed by Dr. Scheffer and his practice for over a decade! The Atlas Orthogonal Method is gentle and really effective for treating dizziness, blurring vision, fatigue I experienced after a concussion. The office staff is so kind and welcoming! Dr Scheffer is truly a caring health practitioner- I’d give him more stars if I could!

The VA sends me to this practice and I have been so pleased with the staff. I see Amanda for Manuel therapy and Shelby for chiropractic care. I have been so happy with each and every experience. The front office staff is polite and the office manger is very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Dr.Baker is the best chiropractor I’ve seen, and I’ve seen many. He noticed I must have other issues and discussed diet with me. He goes beyond just trying to give you a quick fix. He consulted me to work myself on my nerve damage in my ankle, that I was told was permanent by medical doctors. I no longer feel pain when my ankle is touched. I have all over body pain and he worked on every part of it. I’ve moved to Scotland and I have to say other than my family I miss nothing more than an adjustment from him, ha.
I highly recommend them, they always answer all of my questions.
We have taken all 5 of our animals to them and they treat them all well.
2 of those animals are German Shepards, the techs and vet aren't skittish around them like I've experienced at other places.
We unfortunately lost one of our dogs to cancer, and opted to end his life here in warmth and comfort with the whole family there. Three trails let us bring in the other animals and stay as long as we needed. They made everything as comfortable as possible, given the situation. 5 stars for Three Trails!

I've always a had good experience anytime I've needed Dr Snyder. And right now, my kitty is in recovery after an attack from another animal. She and her staff have been too kind helping me look after my cat over many days. They have helped to guide me nursing her back to healthy and as always, I learned a lot. Dr Snyder and the staff really care about animals, and they absolutely show that with every visit I've ever had over the years. They are also very informative and very friendly. I recommend Old Town Vet to anyone who ever asks for a vet. She is the BEST! I'm so grateful I found her.

I started coming to this clinic in June of this year after relocating.
The staff from the beginning have been extremely friendly, they were great with answering questions and getting one of my puppies scheduled for her spay (which was done very well).
Today Annie spent 35 minutes on the phone with me to schedule appointments for 8 of my 9 pets. She never seemed inconvenienced, answered all of my questions, and confirmed everything several times before we got off the phone. Super impressed with the high level of empathy and customer service.
Honestly, so kind. You can tell by their tone and their attentiveness that they just really care about animals. These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!

Went in on the fly and they had an immediate opening… The environment was very clean and the staff were attentive and punctual, unlike quite a few places who generally have long dwell times. The massage therapist was a man, who generally I don’t relax with, but this dude was cool and honestly had the strength I needed to ACTUALLY feel better. 11/10, would highly recommend.
