Used to be very friendly staff! In n out fast! Love the choice of beds!Had to bring the stars down. I hate this, but customer service brought me in, and the lack of it is about to take me out. 1 person can truly ruin your experience.

I've been to all of the Coconut Beach locations in the last few years. They are all a bit run down. Things get broken or wear out and not fixed. And each room has only one hook to hang all your stuff from. Especially if I'm wearing a coat, I'm going to have a minimum of four items to hang up, and a single hook doesn't cut it. So I end up piling stuff on the little bench they provide, which I don't like at all. I don't have any problem with the beds, especially the level 3 beds, but beware their pricing on tanning products. I've made the mistake of buying tanning lotion from them twice and later discovered they mark up about 120% over Amazon or other online prices.

They have a huge bright orange sign on their window advertising $19 monthly unlimited tanning package. I went in to purchase one and the cheapest monthly package that they offer is $55 or $50 if you opt to subscribe for automatic renewal. I don't see that they have any right to have any such advertisement if they offer nothing close to that.Service: Tanning
