Dawn just helped me with a gift card for my mom's hair services. She is fantastic!!!! I am from St. Louis, and I've lived in Miami area, and now Seattle for a long while, and really miss the Midwest charm of true customer service. Dawn was on her game and uber sweet, beyond helpful....I can see why my momma loves this salon. And when I saw my sweet Mom in Aug. 2022, her hair looked fabulous!!! Did I mention I'm a career hairstylist with my own business? This is what I do everyday, so I really appreciated the cross state help for my Momma! Thank you all!
What an amazing experience. I just had 47 shots for botox for migraines an hour before my appointment. Received highlights, cut and Botanical treatment. Never felt anything due to the natural products. Courtney was so wonderful, explained everything from start to finish. Customer for life.
Came in to get a haircut and Jess helped me out! She paid attention to the small details like I’ve never seen before. I will definitely be rebooking with Jess, because caring about the small details is what i like seeing in a stylist.
