The staff is professional and efficient. They always handle my pets with gentle care and the vets are very good at explaining things. They always manage to work me in to their schedule if I have a pet become too sick to wait for an appointment. Being able to make appointments online through the PetDesk app is very convenient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a good experience.
My family has been going to Three Trails before it was Three Trails! We started with Dr. John at Northeast Dog and Cat Hospital on Independence Ave in KC in the 60’s, then switched to Dr. Schrock when he came to the practice. We have never taken our animals anywhere else nor will we! We trust them wholeheartedly with our babies!!
This is the first veterinarian my dog has actually enjoyed going to. he loves all the people there and he has got the best care i have ever seen. Ive been to about 5 diffenerent vets. i have now found our home for my pups needs. i would say Autumn is the empoyee that has taken care of tank the best and will forever be in her debt! SHE THE BEST! thank you all the care you have given him and if anything else is needed i know i will have someone i can trust!!!!!!!
