This is a wonderful way to spend a little time for big benefits.
I went into see Alice because i had been wearing my shoulders as earrings. I will admit i wqs skeptical because im use to having very strong ppl do my massage because i thought deep massage got the knots and tension out. She assured me the methods she used would do the same or better. She was absolutely correct. I have tried for several months to get the tension taken out of my neck and shoulders goingbto several different masseuse. The technique she used she not only got my neck and shoulders to relax but i actually woke up today not sore to the touch. I highly recommend going to see her. I will never go back to anyone but her from now on. Im glad i finally found someone who knows pressure points and how to relax muscles. 5 stars
