Our cat had surgery at another vetinarian facility and she was just not getting better, she continued to decline. We decided to take our poor baby to a new vet. We were lead to Old Town Vetenarian, through Google. The staff were so kind and worked so hard to try and help our kitty. Unfortunately, she was really ill, and was unable to recoup. They made her as comfortable as possible. They truly care about pets. They didn't know her long, but they treated her with such care and love. Thank you for taking such compassionate care of our Luci. You were such a blessing to us. And, you will be caring for our other pets from now on!
I called 3 times yesterday with questions about my pug puppy. The staff discussed my issue, I could tell that because I talked to different people and they all were informed of my situation. They were all kind and understanding and gave me treatment options. The situation resolved itself but they definately helped me through it. Thank you.
This is my second experience with them. Her first puppy visit went well as well. It's wasn't crazy busy. There was plenty of staff. They were all happy and the whole staff came to see the pug puppy.
