Contacted Rob's Lawn Service to get an estimate for a total spring renewal. Timely response on the estimate and work done within one week. Very responsive, thorough and professional with their workmanship. Plan to continue using their services. Highly recommend!

Poor/non-existent customer service. 2020 This company was providing service in my neighborhood and I was recovering from a couple herniated discs in my back so I called and used them for the 2020 Spring/Summer season. $40 per mow for my medium size lawn that takes them less than 5mins to mow. Signing on was fine but response to my communications was slow and I often had to call or email multiple times to pay my bill each month. I was told Covid had pulled Rachelle away for child care meaning Rob was left to manage the business so everything was happening slowly. The mowing itself wasn't great but it was getting done. Great consistent service and they close the gate behind themselves every time. As someone who let's their dog out into the backyard I appreciate not having to chase her through the neighborhood because the lawn service left the gate open.
