We kept calling them because we were $40,000 invested and we felt like they needed to make it right. Then this summer season started and they have already been out 2 times due to units not cooling and just last week again units stopped working while adding more water damage to our home. I finally decided that it’s time for a second opinion and we called Aireserve. Apparently, the prior company did nothing to address condensation and water has completely destroyed our attic area, ceilings and walls on the 3rd floor of our 2m dollar home. Now we have to have the ceiling and walls repaired due to all the water damage. Thank goodness for Aireserve identifying the problem and creating a solid solution to finally address this issue, for good!“
