The workers replaced the old, galvanized pipes in our 60 year old home. The guys were their when they said they would be and completed the work and cleaned up after themselves.
This was the latest of the jobs. They have also replaced our water heater and unclogged our main drain of tree roots.
The prices were fair and work was completed timely and professionally.
The Office Manager Jenn was a great communicator to keep us updated on timeframe and details

On Sunday morning we woke up to a septic backup in the basement. Called several companies and Gravity Drain Services returned the call within an hour. Technician notified us he would be at the house within 45 minutes. The technician, Chris, was courteous, knowledgeable and finished our repair as quickly as possible. Was very satisfied with this company.
Once again, great service by Gravity. They impressed me on a memorable first visit on Christmas Eve afternoon several years ago when few were open, and impressed still today.
I had a bad clog in kitchen sink, and came up with a solution in the end for a permanent fix that saved me thousands of dollars.
Great expertise and service. Thank you Chris for your work, and Lethon “the boss” (owner) has an excellent company
