Excellent customer service.
In the fall of 2015, Team Green completely replaced my outdoor drainage system because of water seepage and mold in my basement. There were no issues afterwards with our typical rainfall. When the next HEAVY rainfall came, I had slight seepage from a crack in my foundation wall. I called the team and they returned promptly. With some minor fix at no additional cost, the problem disappeared and I believe I have the only 100% dry basement in University City! Because of the company's thoroughness, attention to detail and responsive customer service, I then chose Team Green to do a stone retaining wall, steps, path and patio in the front of my house. The exterior of my home was transformed from a weed filled slope to an lovely, inviting space that I enjoy on a daily basis. The Team was good about providing a timely, detailed estimate, explaining how the job would evolve, spray painting the outline of the path, wall and patio so I could visualize the finished product, and staying on task until completion.
