John is so great and so personable! He gave me an honest price and outbid his competition without even having to try. He kept me in the loop, explained everything to me to help me understand, and was also incredibly efficient. He could have easily left me alone after the sale was done but when I reached back out for help with information to help me file a homeowners claim, he was more than willing to help get the info to the insurance company as well and follow back up with me. You get that “mom and pops” type feeling but get an honest and fair price that beats the competition so it’s a win-win doing business with them. 10/10 recommend.
