Five stars for E&M Plumbing Co, Inc! They saved us over a thousand dollars by tracking down a replacement part for our old shower faucet—something another plumber couldn't even manage to find. Incredibly, they didn't even charge us for the initial diagnosis visit, only for the return trip once the part arrived. Their office manager, Danielle, provides outstanding customer service and kept us updated throughout the process. Plus, their mobile payment processing made settling up quick and completely hassle-free. Honest, resourceful, and professional—I highly recommend them!

This was not my first time using E&M plumbing and it won’t be the last. I’m happy to say I have a plumber I can count on to do the jobs we can’t do ourselves. I look forward to seeing Brett every time because I’m confident in his work and he’s nice and patient with my many questions. Definitely recommend!

Finally found ourselves a go-to for plumbing! They got us booked right away and even gave us a very reasonable estimate over the phone when scheduling. Chris was punctual, polite, and completed the work in no time. He actually helped me with another minor issue while he was there and included it in the original estimate. We love supporting local and this company makes it easy to do so. It is such a relief to have found a reliable plumber after trying a few other companies in West County.
