“I’m not sure what the one star reviews are for because I have never had any issues receiving medication or having records sent. In fact, Spira Care has given me the most pleasant doctor experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a wait and the staff is always very pleasant. They were able to get me in the next day when I had an issue crop up. I also love their online system, my doctor was able to do an easy diagnosis and send me a prescription via their online service within 24 hours of me sending in a message. Saved me a trip and time off work! Overall really enjoy this practice“

“Dr. Lee has been my Dr for at least 13 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. She sees our entire family. She listens and gets to know you and makes you feel heard. Her current(07/27/2023) office staff is amazing. She's always had great office staff but right now they are the best. Maria, the receptionist is an absolute treasure. She works so hard and is so kind and goes out of her way to help everyone. Gail can literally do it all!! Susie is the best nurse, always kind and compassionate and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend. The Telehealth option has been amazing for my elderly parents. I seriously can't brag enough about Dr Lee and her staff. You will feel like family and you will get the care you need and deserve!! I have seen people cuss her staff out over them being late to their own appt or the pharmacy messing up. People get mad that they are supposed to pay, isn't that how a business operates? Every business struggled during COVID but everyone is so entitled now they believe they are special. I have been going here since I was in my early 20s. My son and husband go here. My 67 and 76 year old parents go here. My brother and sister in law go here. It's the only office my 9 year old nephew has ever been to. If they were that bad, our entire family wouldn't have stayed for 13 years. You get what you give. I have encountered so many rude patients here but never rude staff.“

“Dr. Suzanne Robinson was amazing. She was compassionate and kind and professional and easy to talk to and I felt safe with her from the very first time I met her. She had a staff that was also just as amazing.
The first time in my life that I ever felt safe at the doctor was at Mercy and Truth with the staff and Dr. Suzanne Robinson as my physician. She and her staff were all very kind and also patient listeners.
She had to retire. She earned it, as did her staff.
It's the end of an era. They are all sorely missed.
Many thanks to their years of outstanding service, faithfully executing their offices and improving the lives of those they served.
I feel a deep sense of loss.
But I am so grateful to have been blessed by the experience of having Dr. Suzanne Robinson and her wonderful staff as my care team for all those years.

There is a new doctor there now. He informed me that he is not like Dr. Suzanne. I couldn't agree more. Very big shoes to fill. Definitely a tough act to follow.
But we could all do a lot worse than being like her and her wonderful staff.“

Was not at all what I read in past comments about slow time. Their check in process was good and the front reception was friendly and helpful.“
