“This is such a great office. What a relief to get right in! I love how the owners are staffing it with PA’s and NP’s. They are incredibly efficient and great listeners.
The only negative thing is twice when I’ve come the receptionist has been absent from the front - with no way to call her. I waited longer for her than I did to see the clinician. Not good.“

Today in my appointment I was tearing up simply because I was being taken seriously for my mental health needs, told I would get multiple referrals if I needed so that I could find someone to diagnose me, and before my well-woman procedure I was told exactly what would happen before she started. Each time she was about to do something she told me exactly what she was doing before hand.
She’s amazing and is a rare gem in a world where women are not usually taken seriously.“

“Being a smaller hospital, it's not as busy or crowded, so wait times are usually shorter. More of a small-town feel. Felt comfortable with the doctors we had appointments with. Prefer going there compared to big city hospitals.“

“I was recently in the Er. I came in with alot of pain. and had just had a bad experience at a obgyn. I had Dr Alex and nurse Tammy. yes I was frustrated I felt like I was being ignored after sitting for 3 hrs with no word from anyone. Dr. Alex and Tammy was doing things to help me and I didn't realize they had been contacting other Dr's etc etc Dr Alex took the time out to run several test on me and explained to me very well what the issue was. Tammy was amazing! they understood i was having a difficult time. at one point I called the supervisor of the floor I do believe that's what she was Wendy. she came into my room with an attitude right off the jump. then the Dr was trying to explain something to me and she cut him off very rudely. I asked her to leave my room. I do give Dr Alex and nurse Tammy 10 stars. Wendy on the other hand desrves to have 0. Thank you Dr Alex and Nurse Tammy for treating me and caring about my needs. and explaining everything to me in a detailed manner.“

“I'm not good about taking care of my health so I finally broke down and made an appt. I got in so fast with Dr. Buss!! He is young so I was kind of skeptical but omg... He is GREAT! I love him already. He listened to everything I said and asked me a whole bunch of questions to get to know me!! He apologized for having me wait a little bit but really the wait wasn't long at all. He sent me to get some lab work done, which is in the same building, and that went so fast too! If your looking for a new doctor or clinic..give them a try! Everyone there was so nice!“
