Sometimes there is a long wait, other times you get called right back (and wait another 10 min). But the doctors here are great! (I would go to a diff. lab if u can, just because the waiting room for the lab is small but if u r not a germophobe like me, just stay.) Oh and the ladies out front to check u in - r amazing! Efficient & very friendly!! :)
Dr Chapman is the best. He truly cares about his patients. The follow up phone calls from his nurse (usually Charles) are quick and very informative. I am thankful for this office Dr Chapman and the staff.
My first visit to see a new recommended physician. They have a large waiting room which serves all the doctors. My wait was about 10 minutes. Was in and out in a timely manner. Was not at all what I read in past comments about slow time. Their check in process was good and the front reception was friendly and helpful.
