Was going to leave a 1 star but that’s easy for them to remove, had 2 appointments for my children and was told to arrive 10 minutes before hand via phone. I already filled the paperwork out online and was running 5 minutes behind as one does with children. As I walked in the rude 3 women at the front desk I’m assuming the receptionist and the ones who check you in were already talking about me, saying If I try to come I’m not going to be seen because I didn’t come in 30 minutes before, as soon as I said my name the 2 bursted out laughing and hid in the back. I have been seeing Dr Roney for 9 years since we first moved to Mo. I get the best care and never have to worry I have a problem describe my symptoms and Dr Roney knows exactly what I should do for it. Everyone of the staff I find just super nice and helpful. I would rate them the best in Kansas City. I will stay here because I never want to change doctors. I am 75 years old and when I say best doctors in all believe me they are the best. Thank you for caring and helping me with my health problems I feel very lucky I m on the right track.

Excellent practice, friendly customer service, All the providers that I have seen provide compassionate care and spend quality time with me as a patient providing treatment options. I would highly recommend this practice!
