I really appreciate the care I received I felt that the doctor had a good bed side manner he was concern about my health and wanted to know what I was going through health wise and the nurses staffs and receptionist and pharmacy staff had my best interest at heart I want to thank the whole staff for seeing me
Dr. Lima’s Is an excellent dentist and cares greatly for his patience he is bilingual which works out great for me because I have had a stroke and I am also bilingual and sometimes I cannot remember words in English or Spanish so I just speak in whichever language comes to my mind. I have a very small mouth and I should’ve had orthognathic surgery 30 years ago so fitting me for dentures is very difficult and he is taking the time to do this which I appreciate a great deal. As I was told when insurance refused to pay for my surgery that I would never be able to be fitted for dentures
This place is exactly why we don't judge books by their covers... The whole experience was great the girls at the front were fast the check in process easy the nurse was easy to talk to the NP I seen was the nicest person listened to all of my concerns treated each one as important as I feel they are which usually doctors tend to dismiss your concerns these days and never once did I feel like my worries were silly and then the lady that took my blood was amazing as well my appointment was at 2pm and I was done and heading home by 3:30pm which is pretty good being this wasy 1st appointment so I had all that paperwork and blood work anyways Im absolutely impressed 😁
