Fantastic resource to maximize your potential! I have been going to see Alex for over a year now and it has provided a tremendous benefit to both my training and quality of life. Alex provides an individualized and tailored approach to each visit. We start by addressing ongoing concerns and any recent issues experienced. We will work through long-term plans and towards my goals focusing on injury prevention and race preparation. My activities include running, cycling, and swimming. I would highly recommend Alex for anyone that wants to achieve their goals while working with a trusted partner to take care of your body.

Alex at Crossroads has been amazing helping me in my recovery. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has been eager to educate and answer any questions I have. After 2 years of living with shoulder pain and visits to multiple professionals, I finally landed at F.I.T. After my first visit I felt substantial relief. I went a couple times a week at first and after consistently feeling the treatment was working I have tapered down to once a month or so. Alex is honest, caring, and great person to get to know.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Alex is extremely knowledgeable + is truly THE BEST! After suffering from shin splints for a long time, Alex has used multiple techniques such as dry needling to get me back to running. At first, I was nervous to have needles in my muscles but he made me feel comfortable during the process and walked me through every step. He has also provided me with at home stretching techniques/exercises to help prevent shin splints and strengthen the muscle. I have + will always recommend to see Alex for any PT/Chiropractic recovery.
