The staff is friendly and professional! very helpful and informative. The new center in KCMO is beautiful and very clean!
I suggest you check the Google reviews and sort by Most Recent. I've been a patient here for about 3 years. Over the past year, I struggle to get a response from anyone regarding my questions or prescriptions. I try phone and online inquiries. If I'm lucky, they respond after I've tried multiple times over the course of a week. The pharmacy informs me that they reach out as well. I politely raised this issue to them when it first started about a year ago, but there's been no improvement. There are plenty of other derms. I recommend trying any of them before this place. If the office responds to this review stating they are sorry, will reach out to me, and/or will work to improve, then I call BS on that as as I raised this issue when it first began about a year ago.
